Then write "hi" and a couple of lines about what you do. I read it myself, and I reply with the first question I need answered. You do not have to turn it into a project before we have talked.

Three steps before anything is built.
You write, I reply
I read the message and reply within one working day. If it is clear what you want built, I send a suggestion for scope and price straight away. Otherwise I ask one question.
A thirty-minute call
We look at your week and your systems. I tell you what can be automated, what cannot, and how long it takes. If I am not the right person for it, I say so on that call.
Written scope and fixed price
You get a written description of exactly what the system does, and a fixed price. Only once you have approved it do I start. If the scope changes along the way, the price changes with it, in writing.
Say what is slow in your week.
Starting costs nothing and commits you to nothing. I reply within one working day, and if I am not the right person for it, I tell you who is.
