Your personal data.

BasedNode ApS (CVR 43750194) is a Danish company, and we process personal data under the GDPR. Below is what we collect, why, and what you can demand. It is short, because we do not do more than necessary.

BasedNode · CVR 43750194 Updated: November 2026

1. Who we are

BasedNode ApS, CVR 43750194, Copenhagen, Denmark. The controller of your personal data is me, Omar Jennane. You can write to omar@basednode.xyz.

2. What we collect

When you write to me, I receive what you have written: your name, your email address and your message. If we start a project, I also collect whatever the project requires — for example the names of contact people, departments or suppliers that you ask me to handle in the system.

I do not collect your IP address, your browser type, or any behavioural data about how you read this page. The site uses no cookies and no analytics tools. Your language choice is stored in localStorage in your own browser and never leaves your device.

3. Why we process it

To answer what you wrote, and to carry out the project we agreed on. That is all of it. We do not use the information for marketing, for newsletters, or to profile you, and we do not pass it on to third parties.

4. How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for at most 12 months after the last contact. If we start a project, it is kept for as long as the collaboration runs and is deleted within six months after that. Information that goes into the system I build for you stays in your own systems — it is your data, and when it is deleted is your decision.

I do not store information about your customers or suppliers. It is not data I have any reason to own. I build the system, and the data stays in your own systems — and when a system is ready to go live, it is moved to you, unless you specifically ask me to host it for you. That only happens by agreement, hosting is billed as a clearly stated line at a fixed price, and then it is written down what is part of that agreement.

5. Who processes it

The information is processed by me and by the suppliers you have chosen yourself — your CRM, your mail provider, your cloud provider and, if the system uses one, an external model provider. The only places where information about you or your company can leave your own organisation are the suppliers the system genuinely needs to do its job. Which ones are in use is documented in the system itself.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected, erased or restricted, to data portability, and to object to the processing. You also have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency. Write to omar@basednode.xyz and I will deal with it as quickly as I can.

7. Cookies

This site uses no cookies. The only thing stored locally in your browser is your language choice (Danish or English), and it lives in localStorage, which never leaves your device and cannot be used to track you across other sites.

8. Contact

If you have a question about this policy, or want to exercise your rights, write to omar@basednode.xyz. I reply within one working day. Last updated November 2026.

The short version

This page stores nothing about you. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking. And when we build a system together, your customer data is yours — it stays in your own system, and I do not move it to me unless you ask me to.
